Good quality. I'm 45 and take 2000mg of vitamin C and 1000mg of vitamin B5 every morning and evening for my skin and to strengthen my immune system. When suffering from a chronic cough, I increase the intake to 2000mg-3000mg of vitamin C and 2000mg of vitamin B5 every two hours until the cough subsides, which has always worked for me.
